It’s pretty geeky to open with meta-, but seriously, can I express my wonder at Wordpress a bit?

I’ve used it casually in the past, but never for very long and never very seriously. I come from the old school class of coding HTML by hand in Notepad, and that’s still my approach to a large degree, except now I’ve progressed to Taco HTML Edit on my MacBook. So imagine my astonishment at the concept of creating Pages in Wordpress, which then adopt the theme automatically (so many hours saved) and also how incredibly easy it is to have your Wordpress files in one directory but automatically loaded from your root directory…
